Time for Directory Updates!

It is once again time to update our directory information, especially since many have been displaced or moved since the hurricanes. This year we hope that most of you will fill out our simple online form by following the links or QR codes to check and update your information.
We have had a problem because our current online directory available to members is very incomplete and much of the information is out of date. Additionally, the directory app that is available for members to use online (or get a hard copy print from the office) is not connected to our inhouse database. Barb Mallue has graciously offered to both update and crosscheck the database and the directory so that they match and we have reliable information in both. You may receive a call or email from Barb as she tries to sort out discrepancies between them.

To make Barb’s work easier, it would be best if EVERYONE would fill out a new form so we can check that our information for you is correct. For many people, our database lists several phone numbers but we are unsure which are landlines or which belong to different spouses. So please help so that we need to have fewer follow-up emails and phone calls. There is even a way to upload a photo so you don’t appear as a silhouette (our newer members could really use a face to go with your name!)
If you do not have access to our online directory, first we need your email information added into the directory before you can sign up. The sign-up link is on our website, but won’t let you subscribe unless we add your current email beforehand. Read more about how our online directory works here:

For privacy purposes, our online directory is password protected and only available to those who are granted access. Additionally, when you fill out the directory form, you will be given the option about what information you are willing to share with the rest of the LCC community in the online directory. You can choose to leave out cell numbers or whatever information you want. The form allows you to give us more information for our inhouse office use, and then be selective about what you want to share with others in the LCC Community.
Please take the time for this update so we can once again have a usable directory for our church community. The directory is not limited to members, but is open to anyone who is involved in our church community. The staff will screen out people who should not have access.
Remember, you may know everyone that you need to contact, but there are surely new people who would feel more a part of our community if they could know your name and see your face.
