We have a new way to let people in through our Church Office front door. You will notice a keypad and camera that was recently installed at the door. Now our staff can buzz people in from their desks or remotely through an app on their computers or phones. We are excited that when someone is working alone in the office, they can now check the camera and see who is at the front door. Additionally, they can talk to them and determine who they are and why they have come to the office.
Having a front door camera also allows us to check for packages and other items left at the Church Office door at any time. We don’t have to worry about porch pirates or missing a delivery again.
These and other improvements to our phone system are helping us provide more flexible access and better connections to our members and the wider community. We are excited to have better security and more access options for all. So next time you drop by the office, you may get to talk to one of us through the door camera intercom!
