We all know that April showers bring May flowers, but what do May showers bring? Well, for LCC, May showers bring kitchen and nursery supplies!
The hurricanes and subsequent floods brought much damage to our beloved church, requiring extensive renovation of our kitchen and nursery, among other places. And much of our supplies for both rooms had to be discarded. So to replenish the supplies, we have created two Amazon links where you can go to purchase items the areas need.
So, what kinds of things will you find on the lists? Well, for the nursery you will find a few cleaning supplies, but mostly books, toys and storage bins. Here is the link for the Nursery Shower:

Just as showers bring new growth in spring, we are confident that the kitchen and nursery showers, along with the completion of our restoration projects, will inspire new growth in our church, both within our members and in new folks walking through our doors. God has showered us with many blessings during this stressful post-flood time, with several new faces joining us in worship, with the upcoming VBS and with so many other joys we celebrate, that it’s time we join in that creative blessing and shower our kitchen and nursery with gifts of love.
