Calling all singers! Do you love singing? The LCC Choir is going to be singing a “cantata” on the 4th Sunday in advent, December 19th. A cantata is a short medley of songs with narration. Anyone who wants to sing God’s praises is invited to join us for our first rehearsal this Wednesday November 10th at 4pm! Rehearsals will take place in the sanctuary. No auditions necessary. Singers of all ages are welcome! After your first rehearsal you will be sent home with a practice recordings that you can listen to and practice with at home. 

 

The Road to Bethlehem is by acclaimed composer and choral arranger Lloyd Larson.  It uses narration and music to help the listener reflect on the coming of the Messiah to our own lives and how God accomplishes remarkable things in unremarkable places.
